Landscapes in Transition

A catalogue published on the occasion of Mike Seaborne's exhibition at foto8 gallery in 2012, it contains images from his series on the Thames Estuary, as well as from a series of London shop fronts. Although Seaborne published quite a few books when he was curator of photography at the Museum of London, to my knowledge there aren't too many featuring his own work, and I'm not aware of any other featuring his series on the Thames.

It was on sale at the book stall at 2016's Estuary festival; Quaritch (which have a rather interesting history themselves) do not list it under their publications any more. Maybe try The Bookshop Experience in Southend (who ran the stall at the festival) if you're after a copy.
